email not being saved in the sent folder

email not being saved in the sent folder

I recently did a restore of my email at sbcglobal.net.   Ever since that restore my mail is no longer being saved in the sent folder.  I have gone into the options and un-checked-saved, and re-checked that box but the mail is still not being sent.  Anyone know a way to get it fixed?

Are your emails still not being saved in your "Sent" folder? If so, please send us a private message by clicking here so we can investigate further.

 

Please include your name, phone number, email address, and the best time to reach you. You can expect a reply within two business days, so make sure you keep an eye on the little blue envelope icon in the top right corner of your screen.

I got a response from support and what we ended up doing was creating a new folder and moving everything in the sent folder into this new folder.  After that the emails I had sent began appearing and new emails started showing up there.  Apparently there is a size limit of some sort.

 

I was very happy with the response time and assitance from the ATT support team.
