how can i login to my email account that i have been using for over 15 years now for a over week now unable to login using my login name and password that i have used for all these years

Does it say "incorrect password" or that the account is blocked? Are there any reset options?

It says "Invalid ID or password" and no reset options.

Sometimes passwords get deactivated because for security reasons, either suspicious activity in your mail box or someone else trying to guess your password. In those cases the only option is to reset the password. Do you see this window then you sign in? There should an option to reset right under the password field. If you're still having issues with that, please send a private message by clicking here and one of our specialists will contact you directly to help.
