For the past month, I have been unable to access the Uverse on-line TV schedule on my computer. Once I get to the site, I get the message - "Cannot retrieve your data." I've been using it regularly to schedule my DVR and can no longer do that. Technical support has been no help. Has anyone else experienced this problem and did you find a solution?
I've had this problem. Seems like I get the cannot retrieve message about every time I go to the web site.. I just keep hitting the reload button & usually the page will finally load.. Don't know if this is a AT&T or Yahoo problem but it is a pain in the butt.
