adding sub account

adding sub account

hi.  i'm trying to add a sub account.  i'm following the directions and get to the point of clicking create or manage sub accounts.  i'm supposed to click add sub account, but that doesn't come up.  it just takes me to my service summary.  what can i do?  thanks

To create a sub-account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your myAT&T account. Don't have one? Create one now.
  2. At the top of the page, hover over the Profile link.
  3. From the Account & User Information area, select Manage Sub-Accounts
  4. Select Add a Sub-Account and follow the steps to create the account.

 

 


You must log in using your MyAT&T account which is the one you log in with to view and/or pay your bill. Using your main user account will not work.

 

You must also have an active account with AT&T to use subaccounts. If you're using a free email account you can not create sub-accounts.
