Wireless connection down getting message battery has no charge

Trying to connect to wireless getting message Warning No battery or battery has no charge.

 

researched question on goggle "where is the battery on wireless device"

 

did not find one article regarding such I do not know even how to troubleshoot??  found no article to explain. HELP!!

Hello Berlyb,

You should not be receiving that message regarding wireless. Where are you seeing this message? If you are seeing it in the Residential Gateway Portal, and you are not subscribed to U-Verse Voice, you have nothing to worry about.
