I have had the same phone number for 5 years now, and today I learned through someone who was trying to contact me that, my number was disconnected. Not because of non-payment or anything like that, but becasue a government assistance program customer was given my current number (Global Connections). I am I not important to ATT anymore? Have I not paid for my services? It just doesn't sit right. I have to now change everything!!! Business cards, all my contacts have to be notified, family, friends, my job, insurance, the list goes on and on. Who Does This? Could ATT have not given this person another number? I just makes no sense to me. I am sooo disgusted with ATT right now!!!!!
