Switched from DSL to Uverse, now we cannot access Yahoo email, My Yahoo, etc.

We switched last week from DSL to Uverse, now we cannot access our Yahoo email, My Yahoo, etc.  Numerous phone calls to AT&T & Yahoo have not helped.  Is there a way to get them back?

Hello @mlbowenpe

Is it a yahoo.com domain or att.net? Or something else? What error message are you getting?

Thanks,

Dmitriy

A registration error that says:
We could not process your registration due to a system error: 704
... With an AT&T phone number that has not helped.

That's my wife's... as for mine, user ID and password issues. When I say I
forgot my ID, it emails it to me at my other address... The ID I've known
for about 10 years. When I say I forgot my password, I reset it to the one
I've used for about 10 years.

When I try logging in I get:
*Invalid ID or password.*
*Please try again using full Yahoo ID.*

...even when using full Yahoo ID.
Very frustrating.
