Repeated victim of spoofing

I have been a repeated victim of spoofing in the last 2 months.  I have updated virus software, I have changed my password multiple times, I have deleted my contacts, etc.  I am looking for other suggesitons on what to do besides simply closing the account since i have emails I need. 

Also I am wondering who I report the information from the full header to?

Could you explain in more detail what you mean by "repeated victim of spoofing"?
