Problem with retrieving emails

I cannot access my emails from my phone or from a computer. When I try to connect from a computer it says that the password is wrong and when I try to connect from my phone it says that the connection to the server has failed. This has been going on since 1/24/14. I have called the help desk 13 times and all I get is a message that they cannot take the call.  Please help!!

1) If you have DSL or Uverse, call 8002882020 choose Opt #2 and input account number and then ask for Tch support.

2) Sound like your account may have gotten hacked. Try your email at att.net since the message you are getting is from an email client (3rd party program).
