Not a happy customer.

Not a happy customer.

I just was switched over to Uverse internet on Friday.. and am already getting the NAD - 2902 issue with the Motorola Modem.  I had issues with my DSL for months, and then it was finally resolved and I had decent internet for about a year or two.  Now with the change to Uverse i fear I am goign to be having issues like I did with DSL.  From all the other issues that people have been mentioning.  Is there any way to not get the 2902 error and get a decent connection.

Re: Not a happy customer.

My husband and I are not happy at all with ATT where do I start, we moved back to the south, had uverse out West husband did not like the red zone he perfers Direct TV. Trying to set up service in a up and coming area was a challenge. The AT&T rep said we could only get a hot spot in our area $80 for 10gbs and more if you go over your allowed. this was over an hour on the phone. Had trouble with delivery and setup  then dare we try to set up for a land line another countless hours on the phone and couple of weeks for a tech to come out. He was very nice and informative he said we could get dsl out here and to call them He even looked at our computer for us too. Well we did and more hours on the phone and the lady said try back in two days. Once again more hours and more automated prompts WHICH I HATE!!!!!!! (I need a real person to talk to not a machine). we called and tried to tell us no it is not available but it was we got 6 instead of 3 and the connection was jumpy so the nice guy who put in land line said try 3. we did and then my husband said switch back because we have trouble with using more than one device. I was always having connection loss on my laptop. Once again more hours and propmpts twice to be told there are no ports. I said wait we had 6 before and she said not available. Well having trouble with my email locked out called today another hour and switching to another person because they said it was connected to our old uverse acct. I was switched over and the guy had to talk another specialist and what do you know I was disconnected. Do you think they called me back because they had my number oh H no I hav to say glad nobody was in my house because you could here me scream from the street. I know this is very long but not good company or service no one will help they just make their money and move on to the next poor customer. I need to find another company any ideas for land line internet service?
