Help. Extremely erratic and slow wifi
Have uverse 18 when I run the speed test I get 100+ ping. Average of 6 mb download and between 0 and 1 upload. Any tips? Also If I walk more than 10 feet away from my router I'm better off on LTE

Try runnng this free program to scan the wireless networks in your immediate area.  Pick the least congested one and change your wireless channel on your AT&T router.
