I found out how to use Filters and it appears my incoming mails go to the proper folder.
How do I apply those filters to my existing inbox so I can send those to a filter when I create a new folder.
Am I limited on the number of folders or emails in a folder?
What is my limit of emails in the inbox?

I don't believe you can apply filters to your existing emails. Filters are for "filtering" incoming emails as they come in.
As far as storage, there is no limits on emails, folders or emails in folders.

There's no way to create a filter from a search -- as you can do in GMail. You have to search your inbox using the same criteria as your filter, select the entire result list, then Move everything to your new folder.
