Contacting the server for information pop-up box on outlook

Contacting the server for information pop-up box on outlook

Ever since I did the AT&T Dec11th email setting manual update -
on my Outlook 2007 to:
Incoming port 995, secure connection (SSL) checked
Outgoing port 465, secure connection (SSL) checked

I receive "contacting the server for information" pop-up message when I try to read emails with imbedded images, and it takes 20-30 seconds to open an e-mail message with images.

Doesn't have any issues with outgoing messages or e-mails with plain text.

This started happening soon after I did the Dec 11th changes, and my DSL speed is 3.0 Mbps
Has anyone else experience this issue with incoming e-mails with images using Outlook?
