Cannot access sub email

I have a sub email, which evidenlty says it's a child under 13, but it's not. I have enabled Parental Permissions for it, but everytime I try to log into it it says:

AT&T Yahoo! services suspended

You no longer have access to your AT&T Yahoo! account _____@att.net because your AT&T Yahoo! Internet services have been suspended. If you are under 13 years of age, your parents need to re-approve your access to your email account and other AT&T online services. Your parents can log in with their User ID (______@att.net) to give that approval.

I gave approval a couple months ago, when the emails were sent out, & evertiyme I click on the log in, to approve from this message it says it is enabled, but I still cannot access it. This account is very important to me, can anyone please help?

Thanks!~

I don't know what happened. I contacted Yahoo, they told me ATT has control over this account, & gave me a number to call. Before I could call, I was able to get in the sub account again.

I was not able to access it for more than a week, before I was able to again.

All 3 of my children's sub-accounts have the "need parental approval" message.  I follow the link, log on with our master account, hover over "Internet" & click "create or manage sub-accounts".  The page refreshes to the same stinking page...EVERYTIME!  I can't seem to find any help anywhere!  I'm getting VERY frustrated!  With school starting soon, there is information my kids need to get to!

Is there anyone out there who can help?

If I'm not mistaken, you have to use your "AT&T Access ID" which is the login you use to view and pay your bill online (different from your main user/email account), to modify sub-accounts.

Hello,

This is the only thread that I have found inquiring about this issue.

@ATTJulieCS I have PM'ed the account you listed.  What is the turn around time on the response, as the Sept. 1st deadline in coming up.

Has anyone found a solution?
