Att/Yahoo webmail limited to only the last 2 weeks of email?

I'd like to remove the limit of seeing only 2 weeks of email on my Yahoo/Att Webmail.

If the account is suppose to be "Unlimited Email Storage" - then not being able to view older emails is not really inline with that. (AKA false advertising).

I contacted Att who pushed me to Yahoo, who told me that help was only available online - which was unavailable for this question. The reason on Yahoo's end is simple; they don't have this restriction (I can go back to 2007 on a standard yahoo account)- it appears to be only to be on the ATT account.

6 Months I might understand, but 2 weeks is just unacceptable.

Hello, Will.

We can definitely try to help you. When you say you can only see two weeks worth of e-mails, do you mean that's all you can see on the first page? We may need to you to show us a screenshot. In any case, we would appreciate it if you could send us a private message by clicking here so we can look into this.

Please include your name, phone number, email address, and the best time to reach you. You should receive a reply within two business days, so keep an eye on the little blue envelope icon in the top right corner of your screen.

In the meantime, please feel free to message me with any additional questions or concerns.
