This thing doesn't work. I have reported it several times since the first of May and they still have not fixed it. If you call them they can not tell you your usage because the thing is not working. Whats going on?

You can't access your usage at all for the current week until the following week. Once you're finally able to get to it, it's basically too late to do anything about it. I'm not convinced the usage reported is accurate, either.
