hijacked email

My email account has been hijacked and periodically the hijacker is sending inappropriate emails under my user name to my email contacts.

 

I don't know how this happened because I have McAfee security installed.

 

I have changed my password.  Does anybody know anything else I should be doing to get rid of this guy.

Protect against email phishing..
