I received my first internet bill for the previous 2 months including charges for purchasing a modem and connection fees for a grand total of 201.58. First question why did they wait 2 months before billing me? They also charged me 43 dollars a month for internet when I was originally told it would be 25/month. i spoke on the phone to a att rep.and he assured me that this is standard procedure for the first billing and I would be credited the difference on the second billing. I asked if I could get  this in writing in the form of an email and I was hung up on!  Has anyone had similar problems? I would very appreciate hearing from you.
