Unable to sign into sub-account

My husband has a subaccount under my account. All of a sudden this week he has been unable to sign in- he gets a message that his password is incorrect. I have tried signing in under my account and accessing his account, but I can only get basic information. I used to be able to even access his account from my log in.

When we select "forgot password" the message tells us that the security answers are wrong ( we did set them up years ago, but they are pretty basic questions), and there is no other e-mail address on file to send the log in info to. Help! We are just going in circles trying to get past this!
