When I login to the myusage.att.com I receive the following message :
We're sorry, but we're unable to display your Internet usage at this time.
Please try again later. (104)
I know that others are able to review their usage, and would like to do the same before May - to gauge wether I should switch to another provider or not. Why am I not able to review my usage ?

im having the same problem as the user above not able to see meter becaus of temp out of service error any answers on this?

I have also had the same problem. I have been trying for a month and I am still unable to view my usage. I keep being told my representative to not worry, I will be notified if I am going over. I am not satisfied with this type of customer service.

I get this error:

It was a delight to give the Survey 1's and 2's for their support survey.
My wife has even approved the switch to Oplink!
As soon as I have time to switch I'm out.
Only issue is I still have to use ATT land line, but that's way better than dealing with this pathetic ATT DSL.
