1. Got back from a 3 day vacation. After we got back, my husband and I just want to kick back and watch what we have recorded on the DVR, only to find out ther was not one show that was recorded.
2. There were numerous ocassions where I was taking to someone on the phone and our conversation is cut because the connection was cut.
3. Internet connection is another problem, well actually it is the main problem and the rest follows.

yes i have to agree that ATT sucks! the internet keeps dropping ... and the Tv freezes up. i would have to reboot the whole DSL router ... but doing once a day is a pain... i'm almost wanting to go back with Comcast!

Sporadic or intermittent loss of you connection to the Internet is often caused by electronic or physical interference. If your Internet connection is coming and going, you may want to check the following things:
After trying all the steps mentioned above if the issue persists, it is recommeded that you contact AT&T technical help desk at 1-877-722-3755 (open 24/7) and troubleshoot according to their recommedation if require they will perform a line test on your AT&T DSL line and help you accordingly.
