Resetting e-mail password of a deceased relative

My brother-in-law recently passed away. His family would like access to his e-mail account. How do we get his sbcglobal.net e-mail password reset? I'm aware that we'll most likely need a Certificate of Death, etc., but I can't figure out what exactly is required, who to submit the needed items, how to submit it, etc.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
