I have A AT&T 2wire 3800-B.

I want to portfoward so i can host a minecraft server but when i try going to the website thing.

And i go to gaming Applications. I make a custom one called Minecraft TCP and Minecraft UDP. I put both of them on port 25565. And i put them on my rourter and save it. It doesnt work still.. And when  i try checking my port to see if it can connect to it on It doesnt see me... Ive tried portfowarding on port 27015 for Source games to but that didnt work either.. May someone please give me advice or a step by step tutorial of how to do this.

In order to make changes in your 2 Wire router for the port forwarding, I request you to contact AT&T voice technical helpdesk at 1-877-722-3755 (open 24/7). They will help you to open the ports for your gaming application.

Remember to always mark items that you find useful as "Accepted Solutions”, you can even mark multiple

I am 13 years old. Allthough my mom has Atnt and such. I am the best one with computers on my block... But will they still support me. My mom would not understand anything that the support will tell her lol...

I put my rourter on dhcp and i restarted my computer. The error changed to 

I could not see your service on on port (25565)
Reason: Connection refused

Instead of

I could not see your service on on port (25565)
Reason: Connection timed out
