ATT of course won't support a client based email so we're out of luck. The web interface works. It will work on a different machine, but not the home computer. I get the 0x0800CCC19 or 15 messages. I've tried just about everything I know. The settings are absolutely correct. I've made sure email scanning is off and tried turning off the firewall. I have seen there can be problems with the pop3uidl.dbx file and tried to rename that but OE doesn't create a new one. Still can't send or receive. Horribly frustrated.
