Not receiving email from ISP maltanet.net (Malta)

Hello all,

 

I am a long-time (and very satisfied) subscriber to AT&T Yahoo email.

However, I am currently experiencing a frustratiing problem. I am not currently able to receive email messages from the ISP maltanet.net (Malta). This problem may be a month or two old, but I just recently discovered it, as my relatives back home have callled me asking why I haven't been responding to their email messages.

 

I have confirmed that the problem is with pacbell.net, as I am able to receive messages from maltanet.net on my other email accounts.

 

Can someone please help me with this?

It could be AT&T has blacklisted maltanet.net. Do your relatives get an NDR (non-delivery report).

Hello Computer Joe, thanks for the prompt reply.

 

My relatives are not getting any error messages that I know of.

They receive my messages, respond, and everything appears OK.

However, I never get their replies.

 

Very frustrating.

 

I filled out the form you linked to and sent it off. Thanks again. Hope it helps.

 

I would still be interested to hear other ideas on what the problem might be, and how to resolve it.
