Internet problems


Internet problems

Everyday I have to reboot my computer and modem to be able to access the internet. All of the lights on the modem are green so it shows activity but the when I lkog on it shows connectivity issues. Once I restart my computer and plug my modem back in I am able to surf the web. I have had tech support out to the house and found now issues . Any suggestions on what is causing this?

what is your modem? are you connected wireless or wired?
