Internet is unusable

This started 2 weeks ago. Up til then ATT was at least useable. NOTHING has changed. I have kept track of connect, disconnect and it's rediculous. Don't give me a copy/paste answer. We tried all the stuff the phone person told us.
They said they will not send out a tech until it is out completely. But it is out completely in that we can completely not use it!

You can NOT call this useable internet. ATT needs to stop their copy/paste answers and SEND OUT A TECH.

same issue here, every 30 seconds to 10 minutes my interenet goes down. Not to mention my phone line has suenly quit working or has so much static on it it is useless. Had a technician come out and he came during the ONLY day this week my phone and internet actually worked for more than 2 hours. This is sad and if they try and bill me 80 dollars for fixing their mess they can climb the water tower to get it.

 

Heck, it has even went down twice since just writing this small message. Oh and to top it off I cannot ping their own server that is in their modemn pffft. ping.fastaccess.net aleways gets an error. *sigh* This is a less than 20 minute log... look at all the DC's:

wow azith u actually took your time and typed that all out? WOOOOOW lol. We both know theres more to it, you didnt call and say my line is cutting out every minute or so and an agent told you "we wont fix it unless its off completely." {Please keep it courteous} Could be a hundred things making your line do that. Tech support doesnt ever tell u they WONT send you a tech. What they will do is figure out if anything u can fix yourself is causing it and help u fix it, and if not they send techs to fix the line. If they send a tech out and theres nothing wrong with your line youre just gonna get charged for it and still not have internet, and be calling right back trying to figure out why you cant stay on. Thats why they dont just send techs every time someone cant connect.
