How do you disable a device(from using wireless) thru the 2 Wire gateway?

I was wondering how do you disable a unwanted device from using your wirles.

One way is to change the password on the 2 Wire gateway...  That will also require resetting the password on the devices you do want to allow...

Turn on MAC filtering (get MAC addresses from all wireless devices).  Only allow wireless devices that can use your Network.

 

You can use inSSIDer to find MAC addresses in your area; block all that are not yours.

And yes, change the password for the router AND the wi-fi network.
