Having trouble connecting to website

Since May 14th, I've been having issues connecting to a particular website. I contacted AT&T Customer Support over the phone on May 18th, and they told me there is nothing wrong on their end and suggested that I contact the website administrator. I went ahead and did that, didn't hear anything back until May 30th. For the past several days the website admin and myself have chatted back and forth regarding this. He checked his IP Filter list to make sure that there are no blocks in place. Sometimes my IP gets falsely identified as spam and I end up blocked from a website, didn't happen this time.

He contacted his website host (godaddy) and they asked me through him to perform a trace route to the website I'm having difficulty with (gongtats.com)

Here is the trace route I performed:

I got a response back from the website admin and he told me that his website host said its an issue with my ISP (AT&T) and I need to contact them. I once again contacted AT&T Customer Support and was told once again that its not their problem but its either mine or his.

Try using an alternate DNS server https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using

There have been problems in the past with GoDaddy.
