Connectivity issues with 2wire 2701HG-B

I just recently replaced my old modem / router with a new one (the old one crapped out, same model) and have had no issues up until yesterday. I have one computer plugged directly into the router, and two laptops going wireless. Randomly, the router doesn't want to give one of the laptops access all the time. I checked to make sure it wasn't my wireless adpater internally (which it isn't) and did a factory reset on the router two times and still have the same issue.

Anyone have any ideas?
