So my internet service has been down all morning and I've spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to connect to someone at AT&T who can help me figure out why. Because I don't know my DSL account number and my DSL isn't tied to a phone line, no one can help me.
I AM SO IRRITATED.
If anyone knows who I can call or what I can do, I would really appreciate the help. I've been with AT&T for over 10 years but I think this may be the thing that makes me switch to a different provider. This is ridiculous.
