Any humans work at ATT

I had heard that ATT had bad to no Customer Service but thought no company could be that bad.  Wrong.  I have been trying for over a month to resetup autopay but ATT is run by unthinking machines and web instructions chinese translated manuals.  Nuff said, I have life that I need to get back to.

att does not care about its customers, there are no people who CARE.  THE WORST COMPANY WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

I received a letter stating that the credit card I used for the autopay program was expiring soon. I went to the att.com link provided in the letter. After I signed in, links that were supposed to take me to where I needed to go to update my autopay information led me back to a login screen. I tried different browsers to no avail. It was remniscent of when I would be transferred endlessly when talking to a human ATT representative.

Thanks spd2demun!

@indignant - I received your PM and replied.  The following solution should help with your question...

Modify or cancel payment settings online     (may need to select wireless as service type to view solution)

If you are unable to update the information with the steps provided, please shoot me a PM with your contact information.

Closing this thread to keep it relevant.  Thank you all for the feedback!
