ATT billing

i signed up AT&T on promotional rate, $19.95 for one year and was told that first two months i have to pay $48.00 then it will be 19.95 and excess payments will be adjusted in future bills. it is more than five months still i am paying $48/month and i called at leaset 5-6 times to fix this issues but never fixed. to day i am been on hold for 2hrs and nobody is answering my call. guys please tell me how i can complain in consumer forum or in court. i am tiered and frustated from ATT customer service.

You can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau ( and FCC ( Both of which allow you to file complaints online.
