I?m trying to get copies of text logs that are two years old sent to me. I had this done previously and paid $5 but now when I call they say they are not able to do this? Am I calling the wrong number?

Roaming in Canada

I turned on my roaming options and will i be billed with charges and international calls as well? I called att and they told me i will not be charged. Is this true?

Removing an Account Affiliated with Our Account

When we recently added a new line to our plan, we were told that there was an account associated with ours of someone we don't know. I haven't been able to get to the right person or department in ATT to get this removed.
