Check an Installation appointment
If you have scheduled an installation, you can quickly view, change, or cancel your appointment.
Sign in to check the time or the status of your appointment. You can also change the time. Same day appointment changes are not available online.

Check an AT&T Repair appointment
It’s a snap to access your appointment info. Let us help you check, change, reschedule, or cancel your appointment.
Note: If you chose to receive text messages for repair appointments, we'll text you a reminder on the day of your appointment. We'll also let you know when your tech's due to arrive.
