If you would like to verify we got your order right, all you need is your order number and billing, shipping, or store zipcode to verify:
- The Products and/or services ordered.
- The date and time of your installation appointment.
- What equipment will be installed by the technician (or by you on a self-install).
- Any package tracking details.
The AT&T Reward Center
Would you like to activate or check the balance on your Reward Card? Just visit the AT&T Reward Center with your 16-digit card number and billing zip code.
