Adding premium channels or packages

You can easily manage your account and add premium channels online via att.com.

1. Go to your myAT&T account overview and choose My DIRECTV.
2. Under My Services, select Manage package.
3. Scroll to My add-ons and select ADD OR REMOVE CHANNELS.
4. Choose Add next to the channel lineup, package, or premium channel you want to add and then Continue.
5. Review your changes and Submit order.

Removing a premium channel or package

If you manage your account via att.com you can easily remove the following premium channels online: HBO, Cinemax, SHOWTIME, STARZ, EPIX, the Movies Extra Pack or Sports Pack.

1. Go to your myAT&T account overview and choose My DIRECTV.
2. Under My Plan, select Manage package & equipment.
3. Scroll to My add-ons and select ADD OR REMOVE CHANNELS.
4. Choose Manage next to the channel or package you want to remove.
5. Select Remove on remove the premium add-on.

If you manage your account through directv.com, you will need to call or chat with us to make account changes.

Adding premium channel packages from any device

1. Using the phone number listed on your DIRECTV account, send a text to 223322.
2. Enter one of these codes in the body of the message and send:
   1. HBO® code: HBO
   2. STARZ® code: STARZ
   3. SHOWTIME® Unlimited code: SHOWTIME
   4. CINEMAX® code: CINEMAX
   5. SPORTS PACK code: SPORTS PACK. Check out the entire SPORTS PACK channel lineup. Use our lookup tool to find the sports networks available in your region.
   6. Codes for sports packages like NFL SUNDAY TICKET, MLB EXTRA INNINGS, NBA LEAGUE PASS, NHL CENTER ICE, and more: SPORTS. Later in the process, you’ll have a chance to confirm which sports package you want to activate.
3. Follow the prompts to confirm your activation and you're done!
