Hello, @kenlive2001!

We're happy to helpwith your login error! Our teams are aware and are working to resolve.

Work around to resume streaming: Using the Remote, Go to the Home Screen. 1. Highlight and Select Settings. 2. After Settings, Highlight and Select Apps & Storage. 3. After Apps and Storage, scroll to find System Services and select. 4. After selecting System services, scroll down to find, AT&T TV and select. 5. After selecting AT&T TV, scroll down to find Clear Data and select. This will prompt an option to Clear AT&T TV data which will have an option of Yes or No, select Yes and the screen will go dark. After it clears the data, go back home and streaming should be available.
