I asked for 3 cable boxes not realizing the smart tv’s do not require them. How can I return them?

I mostly disagree. The first box is free anyway, so yeah, just keep that one, sell it on ebay, use it as a coaster, flower pot stand, whatever. But the other two are $10/month, so you don't own them until 12 months from now, unless you were crazy enough to buy them for $120 each outright. So call/online-chat to arrange for a return authorization for both and to get any future $10 rental charges off your account. Posting here won't do anything.
Before you do anything, do consider that only the boxes do channel numbers, channel up/down/last, one touch recording, etc. If you're accustomed to a cable box experience, you may be frustrated with the smart tv (streaming device) app and its more limited and clunky controls.
Lastly, confirm that you can actually load the app on your TV. Only Samsung and brands that run Roku or Fire TV OS will work.
