Update Credit Card info

I received an Email from Directv Now about update Credit Card info this morning, of which I did as requested! Because I did that somehow I've lost my Early into Go Big Package of 100+ Channels for $35, now has asked me to pick a New package of which I picked same Go Big Package, but now it's $60! Can you please help me? Thanks Kavin Rubarth

Did you use the live chat feature on the DTVN website that is the best way to get in contact with them
