Trying to use a supported roku device, I downloaded app but atttv user name and password do not work.

Trying to use a supported roku device, I downloaded app but atttv user name and password do not work. 

I double and tripple check it, does not work says I need atttvnow password, do not see anywhere to get that, went to the site atttvnow.com/roku and directs me to my atttv.com account. getting nowhere!

so far I like the tv box they supplied but cannot get any other device to work/ firestick 4k also failed says app no longer supported but it is in the att list of supported devices. getting frustrated and only one day in and holiday so no support from ATT.

You are using the same user name and password that work on the AT&T streamer on the other devices, but are getting errors?  Which app did you load on the other devices?  (Both of those devices definitely work with the AT&T TV app.)  On Roku, the app explicitly says "AT&T TV".  I can't get to a Firestick right now to check and don't remember off hand whether it uses the same or just uses the "AT&T deathstar" icon.
