I’ve been an AT&T wireless for many years. I’ve never had a complaint until now. I recently subscribed to AT&T TV package that offered $100 for doing so. I missed the window for getting the $100. Although I am satisfied with the service I feel not getting the $100 because I missed the “window” to be a deceptive practice at best. I am disappointed in the company. This is not what I’ve come to expect from AT&T.
