Reactivate subscription

I tried watching att tv now on my roku and it’s telling me I need to reactivate my subscription. I am not sure why it is telling me that. I do automatic pay every month so I know it will always be paid on time. I never called to cancel either so I’m not sure what is going on.

Have you recently made any changes to your account (such as adding or removing a bolt-on?) Then, do you run into the same message if you login on another device such as your phone or computer?
