paid for subscription automatic withdraw but now i have no service

I am on automatic withdraw from my checking account, and I paid Jan 22 and not due until Feb 22 but I have no service right now. The message that the automatic chat line states that my subscription has been cancelled. I did not cancel. They took my money out of my checking account and I have no service. (Edited per community guidelines)??? Tried to call and the company told me that they do not have customer service personnel at all.

We are glad that you reached out to us about your concerns with the AT&T TV NOW service. AT&T TV NOW provides customer service, through social media, Facebook and Twitter ( @ATTHelps), and our community forums. We also support secure online chats. 

 

Last night, there was an error that affected some customers, telling them they needed to resubscribe. That error has now been resolved if you continue to see the same message. The next step is to unplug your device and restart it, then relaunch the app. If you continue to see the error after restarting your device. Then respond back to us.
