Kids wife att now not working

Reactivate is coming up. I have recently gotten a new chase card same bank numb and payment doent look like cane through. I been trying for two days sitting inside all day trying to get resolved. My phone wasnt an issue but they say this was seperate bill. I been a Customer for few years. When I try log on it just gives me an option for $65 and $85 plan. I just want my everyday plan as of yesterday that was$45 is there a way u can please resolve this issue or an update on card
