How to Sign-in

Although AT&T sent me the box and remote and cables, I never received my account number or the AT&T phone number. When I tried to sign in, I was denied because my password was apparently incorrect. Som I created a new one, which was accepted, but didn't work on theHD screen for the remote to accept. Calling AT&T is a joke. I'm put on hold FOREVER.

Hi @thailen,

 

Let's work on getting you signed in on the AT&T TV box. When you try to sign in, what error are you getting? 

 

Try signing into your account at the main AT&T account management website. If there is any actions needed on your account, it will let you know on sign in, and once you take care of that, it should work on your AT&T TV box.

If still having problems, try connecting the AT&T box hardwired to get past the setup screen. Once you do that, you can move the box to where you want it.
