🐾 (The following is included after all posts to save typing) I don’t work for AT&T. My replies are based on experience and reading content available on the website. Our answers are honest, but not always appreciated. If you posted personal information, please edit and remove.
Hello there, @PatoLibre119
We don’t want to see you go! Can you let us know a little bit of why are you wanting to your cancel service and requesting a refund? Is there anything we can do to help? We look forward hearing back from you soon.

And (in general) there are no refunds.

I want to cancel my direct tv now , they keep raising prices close to cable ,started at $25 no to $50
Just login to your account and go to "Manage Subscriptions". You can cancel from there. It's at the bottom of the page.
Neither did I, but I sign in quite often. Besides, DirecTV NOW doesn't even have account numbers. Why can't you use the same login that you use to watch DirecTV NOW? Surely you know that one.

There is no account number. It’s like Netflix, you access with your email and password. Please see how to login to cancel on a computer desktop/laptop. You cannot access on a mobile device.

I also would like a refund. When I upgraded my phone, the customer service rep in Chelsea New York said that I would get a discount if I signed up for the service and then cancelled after one month. She promised to put a reminder in her calendar and cancel it herself with no additional effort required from me. One month, two months, three months goes by - nothing! I go into the store, and the woman doesn't even remember me - let alone promising to cancel the ATT Now service. Here I am now, several months into the service, having spent several hundred dollars - and never even used the service. I was lied to, and ripped off. That's not customer service. Resolve this, or I walk across the street to Verizon.
You're not talking to AT&T here, only to other customers. So there's obviously nothing we can do. But we do sympathize. Lying is standard operating procedure for them.
Your only option is to use the online Chat to speak with support and tell them the details of your case. You might get lucky and get a small refund, but since you knew the trail was one month (actually it was just one week, so the rep also lied about that), letting it go for several months is kind of your fault.
I highly recommend you switch to Verizon regardless of the outcome. Best of luck to you.
