HBO GO Access Error Message

My HBO GO account has stopped working. I have an unlimited plan with HBO included in my DIRECTV plan. When I try to log into my HBO with  my DIRECTV login, I get the following error:

"Singed Out
We're having trouble verifying your access to HBO GO with your tb provider. 0033-The customer is not authorized for the content requested."

 

I find it very inconvenient and frustrating that I can’t talk to someone about this in customer service.

Hey @Mcallen91,

 

We'd happy to look into your HBO Go login concern. Please attempt deleting and reinstalling the app.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, let us know so we can further investigate your experience!

I'm having the same problem. Deleting the APPs successively did not fix the problem.
