Try instaling the HBO GO app on your device and using your AT&T TV's credential to sign into that app. This way you get all episodes.

It's a known fact that the VOD within the AT&T TV app is missing certain episodes of different series.

It says:

We’re having trouble verifying your access to HBO GO with your TV provider.

Sorry, we can't sign you in right now. Please try again later or contact your subscription provider for help.

Working fine for me. What device are you using trying to access the app? If ATV4 then are you using the Apple Single Sign On option? If so then delete the provider from the settings and restart your device. Try adding the provider back.
