Feature needed to logout of all AT&T TV Now devices

Please add the functionality of logging out of all devices (or selected) for the AT&T TV Now subscription service.

For example I broke up with a girl, who still has Apple TV with my AT&T TV Now account. I have reset the password, but the app doesn't check for a password change, unless that device actually logs off.

Good morning @AT_T_TV_Now_User_LV,

Thank you for reaching out. We're always working on improving and expanding services.

We truly appreciate your feedback and understand how beneficial it would be to force a manual logout. Please feel free to submit any feedback or requests on this page and reach back out if there's anything else we may assist you with.

Yeah - no one is going to do that for you based on your posting here.  First off, we're other customers, and couldn't if we wanted to.  Secondly, if you have AT&T TV, you are under contract so can't just cancel - there are issues.  If you really want to cancel, you'll need to contact Customer Service by following the Contact us link at the bottom of the page - they won't contact you.

I 2nd this request.  I've got 6 TV's in the house and trying to figure out which one the kids left logged in is a major pain.  All other platforms have this 'log out' feature, so AT&T is behind the curve here...

You at least used to be able to contact Support and ask them to "bounce" the account, which would log out all devices.  I have no idea if they can still do this.  I could see some issues with just allowing end users to do that - disputes among users on an account (or just a belief that other devices that show as in use aren't when they really still are) could lead to a "bounce everyone" battle.  (This would be especially bad in the case described upthread where one of the users is an ex- or other similar potentially hostile user, possibly at another location.)  Unfortunately, since the service (currently) doesn't support subaccounts/profiles (which would potentially allow some users to have privileges that others don't), there would be no way to prevent that and I don't know how serious an issue it would be.  I'm not familiar enough with the competing services to know how they deal with that issue (if they do).

Another (less problematic) related feature that has been suggested is a way to just list the currently logged on devices.  However, it's not clear how that could be done - the service "knows" the devices running the service, but doesn't have a "human useful" way to name or identify them.
